  • Role Description:

    Group Counselors are responsible for overseeing a specific group of camp participants, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement throughout the duration of the camp. They serve as mentors, facilitators, and mediators, fostering a positive and inclusive environment for campers.

    Responsibilities:

    Supervise a designated group of camp participants during all camp activities.

    Foster a supportive and inclusive atmosphere within the group.

    Facilitate team-building exercises and group bonding activities.

    Ensure the safety and well-being of campers at all times.

    Serve as a role model for camp participants, demonstrating positive behavior and attitudes.

    Assist with the implementation of daily schedules and activities.

    Communicate effectively with camp organizers, fellow counselors, and parents/guardians.

    Address any behavioral issues or conflicts that arise among campers.

    Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.

  • Role Description:

    Activity Counselors are responsible for organizing and leading various camp activities and workshops. They play a crucial role in creating a fun and enriching experience for camp participants by leading a diverse range of engaging activities.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and facilitate activities in a manner that promotes participation and enjoyment.

    Ensure that all activities are conducted safely and adhere to relevant guidelines.

    Prepare and organize necessary materials and equipment for each activity.

    Adapt activities to accommodate the needs and interests of different camp participants.

    Encourage creativity, teamwork, and skill development through activities.

    Provide instruction and guidance to campers during activities.

    Supervise campers during activity sessions to maintain order and safety.

    Collaborate with fellow counselors and staff to coordinate activity schedules.

    Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and make adjustments as needed.

  • Role Description:

    Logistics Leads are responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of the camp, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and supplies. They ensure that all logistical arrangements run smoothly and efficiently to support the overall success of the camp.

    Responsibilities:

    Coordinate pick-up/drop-off/check-in/check-out.

    Plan and organize meal schedules, menus, and dietary accommodations.

    Procure and manage supplies and equipment needed for camp activities and operations.

    Maintain inventory of supplies and replenish as necessary.

    Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to logistics.

    Address any logistical issues or concerns that arise during the camp.

    Provide logistical support during special events.

    Work closely with camp organizers and other staff members to plan and execute logistical plans.

  • Role Description:

    Marketing Leads are responsible for promoting the camp, attracting participants, and managing communication channels with campers, parents/guardians, and the community. They play a crucial role in increasing awareness and engagement for the camp.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop marketing strategies to promote the camp and attract participants.

    Create marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and digital content.

    Manage social media accounts and online platforms to share camp updates and engage with the audience.

    Capture pictures and videos of the camp to share with parents and on social media

    Create end of camp video for parents and campers to watch on the last day
