Our studio offers the prestigious Bollywood Fusion dance style that originated in India and primarily used in Bollywood movies. We believe in our students learning all different dance forms within the Bollywood style which includes: Hip-Hop, Bhangra, Garba, Semiclassical Indian Dance, Ballroom (i.e. salsa), Contemporary, Belly etc.  

The beauty of Bollywood dance is the intensity of expressions and the freedom of fusing all the different forms of dance to take the performance to the next level.

    At the end of every semester we evaluate all the students and hold a few auditions for students that are ready to move to a higher level.

Recital

We coordinate an annual recital for all our students.

Our upcoming annual Bollywood recital will be May 25th, 2025.

competitions

We host an annual Bollywood dance competition called Step-Up: to the beat including all the Bollywood Fusion styles such as: Bollywood, Contemporary, Bhangra, Garba, Classical, Ballroom, Hiphop and Jazz

camps

Over our summers at DFA, we are hosting an in-person camp at our Suwanee studio in June and July for the age group 4-12. There will be activities such as games, dance, art, outdoors, cooking, and educational activities as well.
