  • Role Overview:

    The Camp Activity Coordinator is responsible for developing, organizing, and implementing engaging and educational content for our summer camp program. This individual will design age-appropriate activities, curriculum, and programming to create a fun and enriching experience for participants.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement camp curriculum, activities, and programming in alignment with camp goals and objectives.

    Design age-appropriate, interactive, and educational activities that promote skill development, creativity, and exploration among participants.

    Collaborate with camp leadership and staff members to integrate camp content with overall camp themes and initiatives.

    Evaluate previous camp programs and activities, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize participant engagement and satisfaction.

    Create training materials and resources for camp staff to facilitate effective implementation of camp content and activities.

    Research and incorporate best practices, trends, and innovations in camp programming and child development into camp curriculum and activities.

    Coordinate with external educators, specialists, and guest speakers to enhance camp content and offer unique learning opportunities for participants.

    Monitor and assess participation, feedback, and outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of camp content and identify areas for adjustment or improvement.

    Foster a supportive and inclusive environment within camp sessions, promoting positive values, teamwork, and personal growth among participants and staff.

  • Role Overview:

    The Camp Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our summer camp program and attract participants and families. This individual will leverage various marketing channels and platforms to enhance camp visibility, drive enrollment, foster community engagement, and create captivating content, including a final video showcasing the camp experience.

    Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns to raise awareness of the summer camp program and generate interest among target audiences.

    Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, newsletters, and digital content, to showcase camp offerings and highlight unique features and benefits.

    Manage camp website content and social media channels to engage with current and prospective participants and families, share updates and announcements, and foster community interaction.

    Coordinate with camp leadership and content team to ensure alignment of marketing messaging and materials with camp themes, activities, and goals.

    Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and performance indicators to assess campaign effectiveness, track enrollment trends, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.

    Cultivate relationships with community organizations, schools, and local businesses to promote camp partnerships, sponsorships, and outreach initiatives.

    Respond to inquiries from prospective participants and families, provide information about camp offerings, and guide them through the enrollment process.

    Develop and execute a content creation plan during camp week to capture memorable moments, activities, and highlights for a final video showcasing the camp experience.

    Collaborate with camp staff, volunteers, and participants to gather footage, interviews, and testimonials that capture the spirit and essence of the camp community.

    Edit and produce a final video that reflects the camp's values, mission, and impact, and effectively communicates the camp experience to current and prospective participants and families.

    Coordinate distribution and promotion of the final video across digital channels, social media platforms, and other relevant marketing channels to maximize reach and engagement.
